These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement" or "Terms") govern the purchase, access, and use of digital products, platforms, and services provided by:

By purchasing, accessing, or using any of our digital products or our website (craftilla.com), you ("User," "Customer," or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not purchase or access our products.

1. Digital Products & Platform Access

We provide digital educational products focused on arts, crafts, and hobbies, including, but not limited to:

Online courses and video modules
Recorded trainings and demonstrations
Downloadable materials (e.g., templates, reference images, workbooks)
Digital community resources

1.1. Hosting Platform: Our digital products and user portals are hosted using Systeme.io. By creating an account and accessing our products, you also agree to comply with any applicable acceptable use policies required by Systeme.io.

1.2. License Grant: Access is granted electronically after successful payment. Upon purchase, we grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and view the digital products for your personal, non-commercial use only.

1.3. Access Duration: Access remains available for as long as the product is offered ("Lifetime of the Product"), unless otherwise stated on the specific product sales page. We reserve the right to update, modify, or retire products with reasonable notice to active users.

2. Payments & Billing

All prices are displayed at checkout and are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

2.1. Payment Processor: Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider, Stripe. We do not store your full credit card numbers or raw financial data on our servers. By submitting payment, you agree to Stripe's terms of service and privacy policies.

2.2. Taxes and VAT: As an entity registered for EU VAT (EU348034273), appropriate Value Added Tax (VAT) or local sales taxes will be calculated and added to your total at checkout based on your billing location, in compliance with international tax laws.

2.3. Billing Information: You are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing and contact information. Providing false information may result in immediate termination of your account.

3. Refunds & Right of Withdrawal

3.1. Standard Refund Policy: If a specific refund policy or money-back guarantee is offered for a particular course, the applicable refund period and conditions will be explicitly stated on the product sales page at the time of purchase. Refund requests must be submitted to support [at] craftilla.com within the timeframe specified on that sales page.

3.2. Digital Goods Exception: Due to the digital nature of our products and the immediate, full access granted to the educational materials and downloadable assets upon purchase, no refunds will be granted outside the stated refund period.

3.3. EU/UK Consumer Rights: For residents of the European Union and the United Kingdom, consumer protection laws typically grant a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, by purchasing our digital content and expressly consenting to immediate access, you acknowledge and agree that you waive your right of withdrawal once the digital content has been accessed or downloaded. Nothing in these Terms limits any other mandatory consumer protection rights under applicable law.

4. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Craftilla, including but not limited to videos, images, text, logos, designs, graphics, and downloadable materials, is strictly protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

Copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the products.
Share, resell, sub-license, or unlawfully upload any materials.
Publicly display or use the materials for commercial teaching purposes.
Share your platform login credentials with unauthorized third parties.

Any unauthorized use, redistribution, or sharing of materials will result in immediate termination of access without refund and may subject you to civil or criminal liability.

5. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the products, without prior notice or refund, if we determine in our sole discretion that you have:

Violated any provision of these Terms (especially Section 4).
Engaged in fraudulent behavior, including unwarranted payment chargeback abuse or filing false disputes.
Engaged in harassing, abusive, or disruptive behavior within our Systeme.io hosted community areas.

6. No Guarantees & Disclaimer of Results

We provide educational information and demonstrations for artistic and hobbyist purposes only.

We do not guarantee any specific financial results, business outcomes, or exact artistic/creative performance results. The visual results demonstrated in our marketing materials or courses are created by experienced professionals. Your personal results depend entirely on your own effort, prior skill level, chosen materials, and personal circumstances.

7. Data Tracking & Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. To provide our services, process payments via Stripe, and deliver relevant marketing, we collect and process certain personal data.

7.1. Meta Conversion API: We utilize the Meta Conversion API and a Meta Pixel to track website interactions, conversions, and ad performance. By using our site, you consent to the collection and transmission of this data to Meta for the purposes of targeted advertising and analytics, subject to your local cookie consent preferences and our full Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sapienta Digital LLC, its officers, employees, instructors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the products; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the products; or (iii) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

In no event shall our aggregate liability for all claims related to the products exceed the total amount paid by you to us for the specific product in dispute.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

9.1. Governing Law: These Terms, and any disputes arising out of or related to them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9.2. Dispute Resolution: Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach thereof, shall be settled by arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. The arbitration shall take place in Miami, Florida.

10. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page, with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the products and website following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
